I agree Lol. with the 2 big snow storms tha we had and everything was shut down. the snow STILL hasn't melted from the storms that we had.
I have added to the guestbook recently I know. I am looking foward to working with EVFD in the month of June or July (whenever i do and complete the fire one course) as a volunteer firefighter. I have been a junior for a year and counting and have learned alot in that time. I am still a Junior firefighter and will be looking foward to be working with EVFD on the active side. Even when I become a volunteer I will still want to help with the Juniors. I know that this is not a EVFD Juniors guestbook but I am putting it in there anyways. MAY EVFD BE NUMBER 1!!!!! :)

I can't tell you all what fun I have had seeing all the pictures of old friends on your web site. We moved to Elkridge in 1976 and love this community. In the late 90's we had to call 911 because Pat was having a heart attack. Because of the skill and knowledge your ambo crew had, they saved his life. The hospital said a few more minutes, and he'd be gone. Thank you all!

Hi I live in England and my sister lives near ellicott city. i am a firefighter and a couple of years ago i managed to spend a day with a ride along at elk ridge, it was a most interesting day and all the people that i met were very freindly and a pleasure to meet, they were a credit to the fireservice. this is the first time i have been able to thank them all, as i have only recently come across the website, carry on the good work. regards John Wilson
